How do athletes join my team?
Athletes join only through the mobile app using their claim code. Coaches or admins add athletes to roster, then share claim codes directly.

Common Questions
What if a student can’t find their claim code?
Open roster in the coach dashboard and resend or regenerate that athlete's claim code.
Can athletes claim through the website?
No. Claiming is completed in the mobile app after the athlete enters their claim code.
I forgot my password.
Use password reset from the sign-in page and follow the reset email flow.
A user can’t access their team.
Confirm they are in your roster and that the claim code has not expired or been replaced. Then verify they are claiming from the mobile app, not the website.
How do I contact support?
